Refund policy

All sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, refunded, or modified once they are placed. Bamboo Juices does not assume liability for orders once they are picked up by FedEx or UPS. We cannot guarantee that shipping orders will arrive by a certain date and cannot offer a refund for late orders.

As these are made to order food items, returns are not accepted. Bamboo is not responsible for any juice that becomes too hot due to insufficient cooling or being left out too long. 

Customers are responsible for inputting their correct delivery address at checkout. Bamboo Juices is not responsible for nondelivery or late delivery of packages with incorrect delivery addresses, and the customer will be charged in full for any such orders.

Damaged Orders

Please provide images of the damage to renay@bamboojuices.com for local (Metro Atlanta) orders, or to rachel@bamboojuices.com for shipping orders. Refunds and replacements for damaged orders are made at the discretion of our staff.
