Returns & Replacements

  • Bamboo is not responsible for any juice that becomes too hot due to insufficient cooling or being left out too long.

    Bamboo is not liable for any juice that is delivered to a third party delivery service, such as Fetch delivery. We do not recommend using these services and cannot offer refunds for late or damaged packages that are delivered using these services.

    Customers are responsible for inputting the correct delivery address at checkout. Bamboo is not responsible for non-delivery or late delivery of packages with incorrect delivery addresses. The customer will be charged in full for any such orders.

    As these are food items, returns are not accepted. However, Bamboo ensures a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If you have any issues or questions about your product please email or call us at 678-884-5000.

Cancellation Policy

  • Local Subscription Orders:

    Subscription orders charge early in the morning the day before delivery and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once they have been charged. Please contact us prior to your charge date if you need help modifying or skipping an order.

  • Local Delivery or Pickup Orders:

    To cancel your order, you must notify Bamboo via phone call or email 24 hours prior to the beginning of your delivery or pickup window to receive a full refund for the order. After the 24-hour mark, customers are responsible for their orders and charged in full for their order.

  • UPS Shipping Orders:

    All sales are final. Shipping orders can not be canceled, refunded, or modified once they are placed. Bamboo does not assume liability for orders once they are picked up by UPS. We cannot guarantee that UPS orders will arrive by a certain date and cannot offer a refund for late orders. If you have questions or concerns about your shipping order please email or call us at 678-884-5000.

  • Damaged Orders or Missing Items:

    For damages, please provide images of damaged outer packaging, as well as damaged contents to for local orders, or to for UPS shipping orders. Refunds and replacements for damaged orders are made at the discretion of our staff.

    You must notify Bamboo via phone call or email within 24 hours of receipt of your package in order to be eligible for refund or replacement.
