Returns & Replacements
Bamboo is not responsible for any juice that becomes too hot due to insufficient cooling or being left out too long.
Customers are responsible for inputting their correct delivery address at checkout. Bamboo Juices is not responsible for nondelivery or late delivery of packages with incorrect delivery addresses, and the customer will be charged in full for any such orders.
Bamboo Juices does not accept any liability for late, damaged, or misdelivered packages that are delivered to third party delivery services, storage lockers, or through any other method that does not allow our drivers to deliver directly to your residential address.
As these are food items, returns are not accepted. However, Bamboo ensures a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If you have any issues or questions about your product please email Renay@bamboojuices.com or call us at 678-884-5000.
For Subscription Orders:
Subscription orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once they have been charged. Please contact us prior to your charge date if you need help modifying or skipping an order.
For Local Orders:
Because we are a made to order juice company, we must receive a 24-hour notice prior to your delivery date if you wish to cancel or edit your order.
To cancel your order, you must notify Bamboo via a phone call or email 24 hours prior to your delivery date to receive a full refund for the order. After the 24 hour mark, customers are responsible for their orders and charged in full for the juices made in their order.
For FedEx or UPS Shipping Orders:
All sales are final. Shipping orders can not be cancelled, refunded, or modified once they are placed. Bamboo Juices does not assume liability for orders once they are picked up by FedEx or UPS. We cannot guarantee that FedEx or UPS orders will arrive by a certain date and cannot offer a refund for late orders. If you have questions or concerns about your shipping order please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 678-884-5000.
Please provide images of damage to email@example.com for local orders, or to firstname.lastname@example.org for FedEx or UPS shipping orders. Images must show damage to the inner contents of the package (damaged bottles) in order to be eligible for full or partial refund or replacement. All refunds and replacements for damaged orders are made at the discretion of our staff.
Credit Card Disputes / Chargebacks:
Bamboo Juices does our best to work with each customer when there is an order issue or complaint. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse future service to any customer who initiates a credit card dispute or chargeback.
