Most Natural State

Bamboo’s raw juices and milks have not been pasteurized, laced with chemicals or undergone any processes that extend the shelf life of the product. Because our juices are in their most natural state, the shelf life is only 5-7 days. Nature intended fruit to stay fresh no longer than a week, and that’s how we keep our juices.

Plant-Based Nutrients

Fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamins, minerals and enzymes that our bodies need for optimal health. The plants we use are organic and locally sourced whenever available. This commitment ensures we provide the most nutrient dense plants in each of our bottles.

Unpasteurized

Pasteurization is the process of heating the juice to kill any bacteria that might be in the fruits and veggies. While this process removes bacteria, it also damages the vitamins, minerals and enzymes found in the juice. Without these vital nutrients, your juice doesn’t have the transforming health benefits it did prior to the heating process.

In order to ensure you do not ingest any harmful bacteria, Bamboo follows a strict cleaning, washing and sterilization process prior to juicing the fruits and vegetables.

COLD PRESSED JUICE

Fiber-less Juice

Bamboo’s cold pressed machine presses the fruits and vegetables with hydraulic pressure. This pressure extracts the fibers from the plant and removes the part of the ingredients packed with vitamins, mineral and enzymes. Although fiber is excellent and we need it in our diet everyday, it’s good to give your digestive system a rest. Juice allows us to get all the delicious health benefits of juice without having to break down all the fibers.

Hydraulic Press

Bamboo’s cold pressed juice machine has two steel plates that press the fruits and veggies in order to remove all the juice from the plants. These two steel plates are motored by a hydraulic press, and are key to removing the maximum amount of vitamins, minerals and enzymes from the plant without applying heat.

No Heat Applied

Many household juicers create heat. These household juicers often have blades that spin at high speeds creating lots of friction. This heat caused by friction damages the vitamins, minerals and enzymes that you need and want in your juice. Bamboo uses the cold pressed machine that presses the fruits and veggies between two large, cold, steel plates in order to ensure no heat or oxidation damages the vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
