The Beginner- 3 Day Cleanse
The beginner cleanse is for those new to juicing. The Beginner eases your body into the detoxification process, ensuring you do not become overwhelmed by the small number of calories consumed each day. It includes an extra almond milk for breakfast in addition to one for dinner. The cleanse provides plenty of nutrients to ensure all juicers are able to complete the cleanse without feeling tired or fatigued! In order to allow your organs to fully rest and reboot we recommend cleansing for 3-7 days. Three days of cleansing will allow your body to unleash energy you never thought you had and leave your head clear as day!

All of the juices were pretty bearable for me. I favorited are the spinach apple and lemon ginger. I don't' love the Cinnamon Yam.
