How I Glow.

I am a mom of a one year old so asking me to put on makeup, brush my hair and put on cute clothes each morning is like asking me to learn a new language in 24 hours. In other words, it’s impossible!!!!

For this reason, in order for me to still feel good about myself and confident about the way I look, I must glow from the inside out. My skin must look good right when I wake up, my hair must have a natural fullness and my random clothes pulled from the dryer must feel good on my body. I found since becoming truly health (juicing daily, eating a mostly plant based diet and exercising daily) I look and feel good even when I don’t put much effort into my beauty routine.

 

It’s amazing that I actually feel prettier on a daily basis than I did when I was single with no children and had all the time in the world to prep and beautify for the day. The key to the transformation was becoming my healthiest self.

 

I truly believe everyone has this same natural glow, but we have to remove the cloud created by processed food, negative thoughts and a stationary lifestyle.
